    We are actively seeking a dynamic

    Finance Business Analyst

    with exceptional data analysis, analytical, technical, and self-starter skills to join our innovative team.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and technology.

    What you will do:

    Data-Driven Insights and Analytics:
    Harness strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
    Conduct in-depth spend analytics using technical proficiency.
    Create and manage advanced dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
    Play a pivotal role in the development of a product cost data warehouse.

    Financial Planning and Forecasting:
    Provide data-driven financial planning and forecasting analysis across business units and towers.
    Implement advanced analytical techniques for insightful forecasting with Risks and Opportunities.

    Multi-Year Financial Strategy:
    Develop a multi-year financial strategy using cutting-edge analytical tools.
    Utilize technical skills for portfolio modeling to achieve the target mix of productivity savings types.

    Capital Investments and Productivity:


    Partner with the capital team to leverage and expand upon existing tools to capture productivity obtained through the capital planning process.

    Drive tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives through innovative analytical approaches.

    Business Performance and Compliance:
    Lead productivity stewardship initiatives with a self-starter mindset.
    Establish and maintain governance structures with a technical and analytical focus on internal controls.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field required
    3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Business Analyst-related role
    Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF Statements, Table Formatting, SUMIFS required
    Demonstrate ability to independently dig through systems, troubleshoot, self-initiate. This role will be heavily data driven and will require the right candidate to be able to operate autonomously to help uncover the right data from the right sources
    Power BI or similar experience preferred
    Be a coach – help team members learn and develop. Be comfortable giving feedback, build rapport and connection with all those you interact with. Model integrity and commitment
    Be a 'World Class Communicator' – ensure meetings are organized, with clear agenda. Document/publish minutes and actions. Resolve conflict and bottlenecks directly and timely, message to leadership as applicable
    Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information
    Strong capability to review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time
