    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

    • Operate metrology tools to qualify process equipment and optimize processes
    • Run Experiments by adjusting hardware/software parameters
    • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot process/integration problems
    • Help to compile, analyze measured data and report internally or to customer
    • Working with engineers to develop recommendations and prepare changes, additions, and modifications, which will facilitate equipment production and sales

    • 3+ years of related work experience or master's degree in related field with 1 years experience.
    • Experience in dry etch process development.
    • Candidate with project management experience or having previously demonstrated a strong self-directed skill set is preferential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
    • Ability and desire to work in a multicultural team
    • 50% travel required, time will be split between Albany, NY and Dallas, TXPhysical Demands and Work ConditionsThe physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
