    Job Summary:
    Senior Helpers - Denver is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the position of Homecare Scheduler.

    As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of our homecare team to ensure our clients receive top-quality care.

    This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the franchise industry located in Northglenn, Colorado. This is an individual contributor role with a compensation range of $20 to $24 per hour, paid biweekly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage schedules for homecare team members, ensuring appropriate coverage for all assigned clients
    • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and family members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues or conflicts
    • Efficiently utilize scheduling software to input and update schedules, client information, and caregiver availability
    • Monitor and manage caregiver overtime and ensure adherence to budget
    • Collaborate with the care team to match caregivers with clients based on skills, experience, and personality
    • Conduct phone screenings and interviews of potential caregivers
    • Create and maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including personal and medical information
    • Communicate any scheduling changes to clients and caregivers in a timely manner
    • Respond to client and caregiver inquiries and concerns regarding scheduling
    • Regularly review schedules and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal care for clients
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure highest quality of care and client satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly clients and their families
    • Must pass a background check
