The Building Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of apartment buildings managed by the Grand Forks Housing Authority.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain interior common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and community spaces.
- Vacuum and/or mop floors regularly.
