Our high-impact relationship-based care model is designed specifically for adults on Medicare and those who may need extra attention.     We are currently seeking Primary Care Physicians in a Per Diem capacity to join our growing outpatient practices in Tucson, AZ.

    • Per diem, hourly clinician role - Seeking 16-24 hours per week, as needed.

    Your Impact


    As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

    • See senior patients with a diverse range of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (this is not a panel-building role).
    • Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
    • Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
    • Utilize your clinical training and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

    What You'll Need

    • At least 2 years of primary care experience.
    • Current licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Arizona.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities.
    • A passion for thriving in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes.
    • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
