- Nutrition Counseling: Regarding detox plans, weight management, lifestyle changes and patient support follow-up calls. Additional compensation given for consultation sessions.
- Assisting duties:Assist the doctor in the appointment process by charting electronic records up to date, assisting in testing procedures, and performing follow-up duties as necessary.
- Client Support:Assist clients with basic inquiries, provide information about our services and products, and direct them to appropriate resources as necessary. Perform basic duties such as scheduling and payment collection as needed.
- Documentation:Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for client records, invoices, and other administrative documents. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Inventory Management:Maintain inventory of nutritional supplements, and other related items. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure products are organized and properly labeled.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the doctor, and other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the practice. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

During appointments, you are the doctor's right hand, taking detailed notes, providing necessary supplements, and offering support as they craft personalized wellness plans. Job duties:
Hours - Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-1:30 and 2:30-6:30, 2 Saturdays a month 8:00-12:30.
