Associate Director, Clinical Oncology Programs

Summary

Our client, a Fortune-500 Biotech company, is looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Programs to provide expert clinical operational input into project or study level documents, i.e., clinical development plans, clinical study protocols, and clinical study reports.

Day-to-Day Duties
Lead the delivery of clinical study programs under Senior Director oversight, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Develop and implement effective risk management plans, promptly resolving issues and escalating them as needed.
Guide vendor selection and oversee contracts and performance, ensuring clear specifications for outsourcing.
Manage study delivery costs, resources, and timelines while maintaining data quality in relevant systems.
Ensure study compliance and inspection readiness, communicate study updates, and facilitate interactions with regulatory agencies and external partners.

Qualifications
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, proficiency in clinical trial management systems, and deep understanding of clinical trial operations.
Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and ability to guide teams towards project goals within constraints.
Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and resource optimization for efficient study delivery.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards, adept at implementing risk management plans, and ensuring study compliance.
Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, and proficiency in relevant software for data management and reporting.

Pay Rate:
Up to $91/hr based on experience ($182k annually)
FT hours, M-F 8a-5p
