Pathways is our 16-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit.
Elliot Behavioral Health Services is staffed by a team of mental health professionals who tailor both evaluation and treatment services to each individual patient.
These patients with persistent mental health illnesses are admitted voluntarily or involuntarily for 5-14 days.Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment and patient acuity depending on a nurse's professional interests, certifications, and experience level.
The Mental Health Technician works under the direction of the RN Charge Nurse, and shares responsibility for providing and maintaining a therapeutic milieu through supervised therapeutic activities.
The Mental Health Technician facilitates and provides direct care for patients of all ages; ensures the safety and well-being of patients.
Collaborates with other unit personnel with crisis intervention techniquesFacilitates and leads community meetings and groups
6 months experience in behavioral health setting preferred
~ Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS
