- Generate referrals to Covenant Care.
- Mentor and train team members in marketing and sales objectives.
- Serve as an informed home health expert and patient advocate.
- Develop ongoing relationships with key personnel in referral source offices or facility settings.
- Provide education to professional healthcare referral sources.
- Collaborate with Volunteer Community Relations Managers and other team members for market coverage.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software.
- Demonstration of knowledge in laws and regulations related to marketing and sales in home health and healthcare.
- Adherence to all policies and procedures of Covenant Care regarding inducement.
- Ability to participate in continuing education to promote professional growth.
- Medium to heavy lifting.
- Considerable time traveling in a motor vehicle.
- Weekend and evening work.
