    Under minimal guidance and supervision, responsible for the overall installation of building automation and control projects by following consistent and repeatable installation standardized procedures and processes that meet applicable codes.

    Control system installations as assigned.
    Execute a complete working installation that meets code on all projects assigned.
    Works with the teams to identify project objectives.
    Coordinates with the Installation Supervisor for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives.
    Keeps Project Management apprised of project concerns and issues.
    Evaluates impact to contracted scope of work due to customer issued notices, field directives and scheduling changes. Coordinates with Project Managers and Sales for associated hour and material estimates.
    Proactively investigates opportunities for improvements in the project scope that will result in value added change orders.
    Communicates with customers and contractors on project sites. Ensures on site project document controls are following contract requirements and ALC standards. Assist in the point-to-point on assigned projects.
    Directs, trains, and supervises helpers or apprentices assigned to project team.
    2+ year's electrical installation experience.
    ~ New Mexico Journeyman EE-98 or ES-3 license or reciprocal from another State.
    ~ Ability toclimb ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above ground, and capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs

    Other experience and qualities you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
    Prior experience related to HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire, or Security management systems.
