- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for memebers whether in person or over the phone.
- Properly answer guest inquiries with regards to restaurant hours of operation and basic operational information, menus, and reservations.
- Act as a liaison between the guest, management, service staff and kitchen and communicate accordingly.
- Work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed.

Reports to: Restaruant Managers
Overview: This individual will be a part of a team that is committed to guest service, with high execution and presentation standards. Candidates must have a great attitude, and are exceedingly friendly & dependable. Candidates dedicate themselves to their tight team by using thoughtful communication practices. Experience with SevenRooms or other reservation operating systems is a plus.
