    **Job Title:** **Team Leader**

    **Salary:** **22, per hour) plus 45 per sleep in**

    **Hours:** **40 per week 1 on, 2 off shift pattern**

    **Contract:** **Permanent**

    We are looking for a caring, responsible, experienced Team Leader to join our fantastic team at Sunnycroft, Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of Support Workers who care for our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

    Our Team Leaders carry out an essential and varied role, leading a team to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will design, implement and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.

We are looking for a Team Leader with previous experience of managing teams in a residential care setting, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

    Already qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader, diligent with quality and compliance, and motivated to bring your experience to a team that is passionate about providing a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

    Hillcrest Sunnycroft a 4 bed residential Ofsted childrens home offering care and support to children aged 7-18 years with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. Located in a semi-rural setting, close to Iron Bridge, Sunnycroft offers young children the chance to live in a group environment which is warm and homely, where young people are free to express themselves and contribute to their care, feel safe and are well cared for. This service is within commuting distance of Telford, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and other surrounding towns and villages.
