    Description
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in Equity Accounting and SEC Reporting.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing equity-related accounting functions, including earnings per share calculations, intercompany activity, stock transactions, and accounting for investments in subsidiaries.

    Additionally, this role will involve assisting with SEC filings and footnotes preparation.

    A CPA designation is highly desired, and the position will transition to a hybrid role after a few months, with work based in King of Prussia, PA.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage equity accounting processes, including the calculation of earnings per share, stock compensation, dividends, and treasury stock transactions.

    Oversee intercompany activity, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation and elimination of intercompany balances.

    Maintain accurate records and perform accounting for investments in subsidiaries, including consolidation and equity method accounting.


    Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other periodic reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards.

    Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide support for audits and reviews of financial statements.

    Prepare and review footnotes and disclosures for SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.

    Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on equity accounting and SEC reporting.

    Strong understanding of equity accounting principles, including earnings per share calculations, stock compensation, and treasury stock transactions.

    Experience with intercompany accounting and consolidation processes.

    Proficiency in preparing SEC filings, including financial statements and footnotes.


    Compensation:
    $100,000-$130,000
