- Electrical System Design: Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment to support food production processes. Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical equipment, including preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting procedures, and repair protocols.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to optimize electrical systems for maximum efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical systems, equipment, and installations comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in electrical engineering projects, from conception to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance technicians and operators on electrical systems and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of electrical designs, installations, and maintenance activities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's and Programming HMIs
- Hands-On wiring installations and familiarity with NEC code compliance.
- Safely troubleshooting of electrical circuits.
- Electrical Safety implementation and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge in the food industry highly preferred.
- Billingual (Spanish) is a plus. What's on Offer
