- Manage full-scale large-format UV print production and precision cutting within the Orlando facility.
- Oversee and participate in hands-on equipment operation, ensuring systems stay running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage substrate inventory (foamcore, ultraboard, sintra, and more).
- Coordinate daily print schedules with warehouse and operations teams.
- Uphold the company-wide production standard for quality, consistency, and show-site readiness.
- Partner with production teams in Las Vegas and Chicago to create unified workflows and best practices.
- Mentor and support a total of 9 production centers (3 hubs + 6 satellites), promoting shared learning and consistency nationwide.
- Coordinate seasonal staffing and help balance workloads across locations—especially during high-volume show seasons (September–November).
- Lead the launch of the new in-house graphics department in Orlando, including hiring and onboarding production staff.
- Manage incoming requests through Salesforce (or similar systems) and prioritize jobs for efficient daily throughput.
- Oversee proofing, revisions, and digital asset workflows using BOX to maintain a clean digital-to-production pipeline.

- 7+ years in tradeshow, exhibit, or experiential graphics production.
- Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with multiple production teams in different cities.
- Experience building workflows, managing tight deadlines, and navigating the fast pace of the live events industry.
- Experience transitioning production from outsourced to in‑house.
- Familiarity with automation for production operations.
- Strong organizational skills, ideally from shaping a flagship or start-up level production environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Mimaki JFX series printers and Summa cutting systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Onyx Thrive and GoProduce (nesting, tiling, material efficiency).
