Project Manager Wireless DAS - Chicago

The project manager will manage individual wireless projects including site survey, design, procurement, installation, testing/commissioning and integration.

Responsibilities
+· Overall management of individual DAS/WLAN projects including site survey+· Execute NACS PMO standards processes methodologies in a consistent manner for project planning execution activities,
+ · Prepare Project Roadmap with concurrence of all participating organizations negotiate agreement with the customer including identification of work organizational breakdown structures requirements creation cost material estimates milestone payment schedule risk communication plans.
+ · Manages execution of project Act as primary customer contact for project Ability to clearly articulate design installation operational concepts solutions to customers installers Conduct recurring customer reviews addressing scope schedules issues actions risks customer expectations Set up reviews with carriers eco-system partners required Work with procurement ensure material delivered on time Develop install SOW negotiate price installer Manage installation Manage testing RF systems include RF fiber based Bi-Directional Amplifiers BDAs Assist engineering development final acceptance packages customer carriers eco-system partners required Oversee integration carriers eco-system partners required Transition project Day support team after completion Manage Project control fundamentals monitoring anticipating potential problems identifying conflicts taking corrective action resolving issues managing scope schedule cost profit budget reporting quality review assurance Issue communicate program status leadership steering committee stakeholders appropriate Develop business expand product line client applicable Promote continuous growth practices within PMO organization achieve client objectives Achieve performance targets established by leadership applicable Key Performance Indicators Perform duties assigned management +
Qualifications
+· Bachelor degree engineering Computer Science Information Systems Business related field equivalent relevant experience PMP Six Sigma Agile SCRUM certifications preferred 5 years RF/ Wireless experience technology services industry Experience in-building WLAN preferred Strong relationship fundamentals: client relationship team management ability motivate team environment overall change management Effective writing skills mandatory Proficient MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint MS Project PPM tools ERP workforce cloud-based technology systems Able willing travel %.Job description
