    A Permit Specialist is needed to submit documents to cities and counties in Northern California for piering projects.

    This role involves driving to various locations, building relationships with city employees, engineers, and customers, and performing administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Submit permit documentation electronically or in person
    • Foster positive relationships with city employees, engineers, and customers
    • Take initiative to speed up the submittal process
    • Communicate with the office throughout the day for updates
    • Perform administrative functions to support customer service representatives

    Requirements:

    • Comfortable speaking with people in a professional manner
    • Willingsness to drive several miles within a week
    • Efficient time management skills
    • Ability to problem solve out in the field
    • Valid California driver's license and safe driving record
