    Office has created our own Vision/Mission and we have regular team meetings and department synergies to ensure clear communication and collaboration

    Consistent Patient Schedule:
    Average approx.

    7 patients a day60min recare, 90min new patient appointmentSRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

    Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Illinois

    and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentationCPR Certification Preferred Experience Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systemsDesire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental healthClinical needs as required by office


    Physical RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.

    This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
