    Responsibilities

    • Support company operations by overseeing office systems and staff
    • Enhance office efficiency through strategic planning and layout design
    • Ensure accuracy of sales documentation
    • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
    • Recruit, train, and manage employees
    • Supervise staff performance and provide guidance for improvement
    • Manage staff schedules and attendance
    • Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, task delegation, and vendor interactions
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
    • Adaptability to changes in tasks or work environment
    • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
    • Keen attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
