    Urology Partnership Track in Booming Buffalo, NY Area

    Join a respected, physician-led medical group expanding its Urology department just outside Buffalo, New York . This is a growth-oriented position offering partnership track potential, a ready-made referral base, and modern surgical resources. With a robust patient queue and strong support team, you'll have every opportunity to build a rewarding practice quickly.

    • Flexible Workweek: Choose a 4- or 5-day schedule with a balanced mix of clinic and OR days

    • Ownership Opportunities: Partnership track with potential to invest in an ancillary surgery center
    • High-Income Potential: Base salary up to $600K DOE with total earning potential of $700K-$900K+ , plus signing bonus and retirement profit-sharing
    Who You Are
    • Board-eligible or board-certified Urologist
    • Comfortable with both clinic and surgical settings
