NT Security is a full-service electronic security and low voltage company with an emphasis on cloud-based security systems.
With 25 years in business, we serve HOAs, Schools, Franchise Chains, SMB's and we are well known for professionalism, strong communication, and high standards of workmanship.
Our specialties include cloud-based access control and video surveillance solutions, as well as high-tech vehicle entry systems. We operate with professionalism, accountability, and value long-term relationships with both our customers and our team.About the Role
We are seeking a experienced Office Manager & Bookkeeper who can help keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.
This role works directly with ownership and in close partnership with the Operations Manager and plays an important part in maintaining operational clarity, customer communication, and financial accuracy across the business.
The role works closely with the Operations Manager as a coordination partner and is trusted with meaningful day-to-day decision making within its scope.
The position carries a high level of trust and discretion and helps ensure commitments are followed through consistently as we continue to grow.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats as priorities evolve.We value individuals who take pride in their work, stay engaged, and bring thoughtful observations that help us continuously improve how we operate.
The right person enjoys being part of a team environment and is comfortable speaking up with ideas or processes to help increase the the efficiency of our workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a central point of coordination for administrative and operational matters
Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, vendors, and team members
Assist customers with account support, including password resets and access updates
Support scheduling coordination and ensure strong follow-through on service activities
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems
Collaborate with leadership and ops manager to track activity, open items, and billing
Help maintain organization so important tasks are not missed.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and consistency
Dispatching technicians to sites
Bookkeeping & Financial Oversight
Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile accounts and maintain clean financial records
Review invoices and support billing accuracy
Help ensure services and materials are captured and billed correctly
Assist with reporting for ownership and CPA review
Maintain strong attention to billing accuracy and follow-through
Qualifications
Must be QuickBooks Online certified and highly proficient in its daily hands-on use
Must be experienced, highly reliable, and able to quickly learn systems and processes with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment without needing constant direction
Excellent attention to detail and reliability
Experience supporting a service-based or operational environment
Strong professional communication skills
Ability to stay organized as priorities shift
Must demonstrate persistence and ownership in identifying and correcting billing discrepancies, including vendor misbilling, and be comfortable communicating directly with vendors to resolve issues thoroughly and efficiently
Preferred Background
Experience in the low voltage elecdtronic security industry is preferred but not required.
Compensation
Competitive compensation will be discussed based on experience, capability, and overall fit. We are open to adjusting for exceptional candidates who bring strong experience and a high level of ownership.
