Job description

Our client, a nationally respected 100 attorney litigation boutique, is hiring a Law Firm C-Suite Coordinator to serve as the operational right hand to its Managing Partner and select C-Suite executives.

This is a high trust, high visibility support role for a professional who understands the pace, discretion, and accountability of a sophisticated law firm environment.


The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting a Managing Partner, Chair, Executive Committee member, or C-Suite executive within a law firm or comparable professional services organization.

Demonstrated fluency in partner level workflow, time-and-billing systems, client intake processes, and confidential personnel matters is essential, along with executive presence, strong written communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and disciplined follow-through.


This role includes managing complex priorities and executive scheduling; drafting and refining high level communications and presentations; coordinating leadership agendas and firm initiatives; maintaining governance and reporting tools; overseeing client intake and billing-related workflows; managing travel and executive expense processes; and providing reliable support to the executive leadership structure.

Law firm or other professional services firm experience is strictly required. Compensation includes salary ($140K-to-165K) plus a meaningful performance based bonus and top-tier comprehensive benefits.
