    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Home Health Nurse with leadership skills to join our team at Interim HealthCare as a Director of Healthcare Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Integrity:
      • Ensure that daily patient care and client services comply with laws, regulations, and Interim HealthCare standards.
    • Compassion:
      • Provide respectful and compassionate care to patients, clients, and their families. Lead the team in delivering empathetic care.
    • Customer Focus:
      • Work with the franchise owner to recruit and retain qualified caregivers. Ensure proper training, supervision, and evaluation of staff to meet the needs of the patients. Identify areas for improvement, create action plans, and assess outcomes.
    • Innovation:
      • Develop and implement training programs for changes in patient care practices. Introduce pilot programs to support new business endeavors.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
    • Minimum of five years of recent home care experience as a Registered Nurse.
    • At least three years of experience in managing caregivers within the home care sector.
