One of our clients is seeking a School Nurse (LPN) for service with medically fragile students in Bridgeport, CT and the surrounding area.

HOURS

• Per Diem available immediately
• Ongoing Cases starting July 1 for summer school + next school year

* $42/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide professioanal support to school personnel, parents, and children.
• Provide direct care to students
• Observe students for development and health patterns to provide a nursing judgment and/or diagnosis.
• Implement plans for students with chronic health problems and coordinate the administration of medication within state law and Board policies.
• Demonstrate effective skills of listening, speaking, and writing.
• Accompany children on field trips.
• Assess health complaints and care for students with special healthcare needs.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• LPN license
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily complete given background checks
