Active Directory administration
M365 administration
MDM administration
Arbitrator system administration
BeyondTrust remote access administration
Scripting on automation
Implement and maintain server backup strategies
Work with customers, both internal and external, to ensure proper functioning of all Unix/Linux/Windows servers
Administer and maintain ISP's business data stores
Administer virtual machine infrastructure
Support ISP web servers (hardware and software powering the ISP public, POST public, ISP intranet and ILETS intranet websites)
Maintain SAN infrastructure and ensure storage availability
Assist in long-range IT planning
Assist other IT personnel in their tasks to ensure our servers/networks are operating correctly and optimally
Strategically plan and communicate to IT Management the needs of Agency infrastructure and the required budget needs to posture the Agency for the future
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Considerable knowledge of current information technology trends and capabilities.
Experience working with end users to develop and implement information technology solutions for user computing needs in a business environment.
