    We're looking for a dynamic Associate HR Manager to support key Human Resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, policy development, learning and development, and employee relations. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth employee experience through strong organization, communication, and process execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment and discretion, and is passionate about supporting employees and strengthening workplace culture.
    This position is based in our Boston Innovation lab, a hybrid space for design, events, and innovation, connecting our brand and the community, regional partners, and the broader footwear industry.
    Requirements
    Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

    • Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
    • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, high-touch candidate experience.
    • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and consistency.
    Onboarding & New Hire Experience
    • Create onboarding plans and coordinate schedules to ensure an exceptional new hire experience.
    • Prepare onboarding materials and serve as a key point of contact from preboarding through day one and beyond.
    • Coordinate cross-functional introductions to help new hires feel connected quickly.
    HR Communications & Policy Support
    • Own HR announcements and updates on the intranet, keeping employees informed and engaged.
    • Draft, edit, and maintain HR policies and employee-facing documentation.
    • Support the rollout of policy updates and key HR initiatives in partnership with HR leadership.
    Hybrid Work Coordination
    • Manage and maintain the Hybrid Work calendar and in-office scheduling process.
    • Support communication and reporting related to hybrid work planning.
    Compliance & HR Administration
    • Support HR compliance efforts, audits, and documentation management.
    • Maintain accurate employee records with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
    • Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other duties as needed to support the HR team and business needs.
    Learning & Development
    • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and leadership development sessions.
    • Support learning logistics, communications, and participation tracking to strengthen continuous development.
    Employee Engagement, Rewards & Global Programs
    • Help bring culture to life through employee engagement events, appreciation initiatives, and recognition programs.
    • Support rewards and recognition administration and communications.
    • Assist with the Global Exchange program, including agenda building, surveys, templates, and participant coordination.
    Employee Relations
    • Serve as a trusted HR resource by responding to employee questions and supporting employee relations needs.
    • Assist with workplace issue resolution and ensure documentation is handled professionally and discreetly.
    What You'll Bring:
    • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done attitude with strong follow-through
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of HR experience, including full life cycle recruiting and HR operations support.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
    • Experience in a global or multi-site organization is preferred.
