- Supervising C.N.A's to ensure quality care is provided at all times
- Administration of medication, skilled nursing assessments, provide treatments
- Processes competency in foley catheters, picc lines, feeding tubes, wound care
- Skilled care documentation,

- RN/LPN currently licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts
- Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical experience
- Experience and/or special interest working with older adults
- Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.

Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing Center New Increased Hourly Wages + Shift Differentials
Shift Available: 3pm-11pm Part Time
Walk-Ins welcomed. Maplewood at Mayflower Nursing & Rehab Center, 579 Buck Island Rd, West Yarmouth, MA
The starting rate for LPN is $40 and for RN is $43 with shift differentials ranging from $1 to $6 per hour more. The rate will depend on shift, day of the week, location, experience, and prior tenure with Maplewood/Inspir Carnegie Hill.

What we offer
The RN/LPN assists and supports the Director of Nursing services with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of nursing services in the community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
Maplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening including background check, drug screening and reference checks.
Due to Department of Public Health requirements, all candidates will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 (1st vaccine, 2nd vaccine, and booster) before commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption from Maplewood. Those who do not obtain full vaccination and booster within that time frame, without an approved exemption, will be terminated.
