- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a full service restaurant environment
- A deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
