    Description
    Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a Facial Plastic Surgery Office.

    The Receptionist will be joining a team of twelve other staff members including the Physician, Patient Care Coordinators, PA, Surgical Techs, CRNA and Aestheticians.

    The Receptionist will be responsible for checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, making phone calls, rooming patients and ensuring that all the patients in the waiting room are taken care of.

    The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with high caliber patients within the aesthetics/plastic space providing exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, and maintaining highest standards in patient experience.

    The practice uses Nextech as their EHR and should have prior experience with inventory, finance and overall reporting within the tool.

    The office typically receives 30-40 calls per day. The office is responsible for full face aging including permanent makeup, aesthetician services, facelifts, rhinoplasty and more.

    • Previous background within full face aging procedure/surgery
    -1+ year of experience working within an upscale Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office

    • Background rooming patients, answering phones and checking patients in and out
    • Experience with EMR or EHR for reporting and documentation
    • Able to pass background check including misdemeanor and felony
