    At least 3 years of experience including strong content structure, content models and implementation guides, and content process and workflow experience.

    We have previously seen resumes leaning heavily towards contentdevelopers/writers or web producers, but weneed to see "content models and template work" and CMS experience, preferably in Drupal.

    Familiarity with structured data (JSON and XML) is a plus.
