    Physician- Family Practice

    Location: Fort Bragg

    Schedule: 6AM-6PM (Monday-Friday)

    Responsibilities: Included but not limited to

    • All encounters must be completed, coded and closed within 72 hours
    • Perform a full range of physician services in accordance with privileges granted by MTF
    • Direct, perform or assist in the instruction of other health care professionals within the scope of clinical privileges or responsibilities
    • Examine, diagnose, treat, or prescribe a course of treatment within the scope of training, experience, and privileges.
    • Provide preventive and health maintenance care through education and counseling, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills.
    • Order diagnostic tests as applicable and request consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
    • Technically proficient in directing and teaching other medical staff, providing educational lectures, and providing in-service training to clinical staff members. Such direction and interaction will adhere to Government and professional clinical standards and accepted clinical protocols.

    Requirements and Experience

    • BLS Certification
    • Experience documenting patient encounter in electronic health record
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified
    • Successful completion of an internship/residency program
    • License current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice medicine
