    Conscious Health, part of the Montare Behavioral Health family is current hiring Care Coordinators for our Outpatient Facility in Los AngelesAvailability / Schedule:

    Full Time:
    Monday
    • Friday, 9am 530pmGeneral duties:Help the clinic with operating medical equipment (certification provided), intake, discharge, outcome measurements and other office and patient needs as well as collaborating with medical professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.

    Commitment to quality standards and dependable to maintain hours on scheduleInforming new and potential patients about S-ketamine, TMS and Biofeedback modalities and assistance with providing the mentioned services for mood, stress and anxiety disorders.

    Keep medications secureMaintain notes and appointments for patient services providedKeep area sanitized and tidyMonitor vital signs and EEG readingsDress professional and strict adherence to patient-provider boundariesHold space for patients undergoing emerging medication sessions and lend an ear to patients when needs/concerns arise.


    Answering phone callsQualifications:


    experience and interest in being a healthcare providerunderstanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient confidentialityinterest in psychology and emerging medications to treat disorders such as MDD, GAD and PTSDempathetic and approachableStrong interpersonal skillsBachelors Degree (preferred) or comparable CertificationPre-Employment RequirementsHiring is contingent upon completion of a background check, TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical.

    Clean driving record and current first aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.

    Additional requirements include receiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance or an exemption and a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508).

    Clean Background is a must.
