    Manage relationships with and execute decisions regarding needs of customerArrange domestic and international import/export shipments via air, trucking, oceanMaintain and cultivate customer and vendor relationshipsFollow-up with shippers and consignees to ensure quality and timeliness of shipmentsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic freight forwarder knowledgeAir export experience; quoting, booking, documentationAbility to learn software programs quickly and adeptlySolid customer service skillsSharp organizational along with attention to detail and prioritization skillsMS Outlook, Word, ExcelStrong ability to handle time-sensitive issuesTeamwork orientedQualifications:Bachelors degree preferred, but not requiredPass a security background checkOperations/Logistics experience (1-3 years preferred)Must possess valid identification, preferably a valid drivers license#J-18808-Ljbffr
