- Additional Info: - Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to conducting comprehensive medical and social histories of patients, performing comprehensive and/or problem-focused physical examinations, order and/or performing laboratory and screening tests in accordance with the approved protocol.- Supervise students during clinical rotations as assignedQualifications:- SC license- Federal DEA license and State of South Carolina controlled substance license- Financially stable federally qualified health center with over 40 years of service- Over 28,000 active patients with various insurance coverage- Multidiscipline clinic with, Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Dentistry, Podiatry, and Optometry- 75 minutes from Charleston, SC, which was voted as one of the best cities in the USA- 40 minutes from Columbia, the capital city of South Carolina- Easy access to Charlotte, NC (2 hrs); Atlanta, GA (3 hrs); Myrtle Beach, SC (2.5 hrs)
