- Minimum 3 to 5 years of combined experience
- Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems and desktop software
- Experience with Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting
- Proficient using Windows registry
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue
- Knowledge of
- Printers
- Office 365
- Desktop imaging
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to move at a quick pace and prioritize several concurrent issues
