    Job FunctionsManages and directs all sales efforts for wholesale accounts throughout the stateConducts sales calls and selling efforts for wholesale accountsDevelops and nurtures new accounts and key customer relationshipsCreates and organizes promotional events, updates sales menus and product availability databases, and executes customer ordersDevelops promotional plans, campaigns, and educational initiativesPrepares and presents sales reports to track leads and executes follow upStays abreast of industry, customer, and competitive trendsMaintains regular communication with customers to understand their needsBuilds a strong base of industry expertiseRequirements A strong sales track record in driving revenue, achieving growth and building customer relationshipsAbility to recognize and respond to changing trends and prioritiesExperience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and LeaftradeCollege degree or industry experience.

    At least 5 years of professional sales experience with at least 2 in a B2B sales channelKnowledge of cannabis industry, regulations, market trends and competition highly preferredAbility to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to travel within the State regularlySuccessful candidates will be results oriented, driven, detail - oriented, enthusiastic, organized and possess excellent communication skillsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust possess a valid driver's licenseCanMar is dedicated to providing recruitment and business solutions for cannabis, psychedelics and hemp industry.
