    Compensation range:
    from $100k - $150k (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 days home)

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. You will be playing a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects.

    Developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring all activities align with the master schedule and project objectives.

    Implementing cost control measures and managing project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
    Creating and maintaining baseline schedules, and adjusting as necessary to reflect changes in project scope or timeline.
    Preparing accurate project estimates and forecasts, and analyzing any variances to the budget.
    Providing regular updates to project stakeholders, including progress reports, cost reports, and schedule updates.
    Identifying potential risks or delays and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
    Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
    Participating in project meetings and providing input on schedule and cost-related matters.
    A minimum of 8 years' experience in project controls, scheduling, or a related field in the construction industry.
    Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
    Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.
    Excellent skills in cost control, budget management, and financial forecasting.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to project stakeholders.
    A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
