    Business Development Executive Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team and help them grow thier business.

    Our ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in outside sales, relationship management, and new business development. This position will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.


    Responsibilities:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other activities.
    Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
    Analyze customer needs and develop custom solutions.
    Negotiate and close deals.
    Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    Research and stay current on industry trends and customer needs.
    Monitor customer feedback and track customer satisfaction.
    Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
    Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies.
    Attend networking events and trade shows.
    Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.


    Requirements:
    3-7 years of outside sales, relationship management, and new business development experience.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
    Proficient in using computers and other software.
    Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
    High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
