    Description

    CATALANO is expanding its team and is seeking Sales Representatives with excellent customer service skills to join one of the leading supplemental benefits companies in the nation, with over 65 years of experience. The Company is growing its presence in our territories and we are in immediate need of committed Sales Representatives with ambitious objectives.

    About the Sales Representative's Position:

    • As a Sales Representative, you will act as the crucial link between the company and the customer.
    • You will have the opportunity to follow a career path to management within 60-90 days of joining.
    • Our training program is internal, empowering you to take charge of your career path from day one.
    • Our representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation, as our public relations department has strong connections with over 44,000 groups throughout North America.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, energetic, and with a positive personality
    • Accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management
    • Successful completion of a criminal background check
    • No prior experience needed as we provide comprehensive training for your success
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Weekly payments ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 in the first year
