    Description
    The role of the Outreach Program Coordinator involves maintaining communication with various stakeholders to meet objectives through strategic initiatives:

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish and uphold a positive public image for the organization
    • Coordinate public relations activities and events
    • Utilize existing media connections and foster new business relationships
    • Create and execute media relations programs
    • Collaborate with different departments to enhance brand visibility
    • Assist in selecting marketing materials
    • Manage participants' referrals, admissions, and discharge planning
    • Involve support systems in treatment processes
    • Monitor participants' progress through communication with providers
    • Attend planning sessions and review individual cases
    • Maintain regular contact with program participants
    • Connect participants with community resources
    • Work closely with treatment staff on planning and progress monitoring
    • Provide updates to the court on participants' treatment
    • Maintain accurate participant documentation
    • Attend training sessions as necessary
    • Engage participants in personalized treatment planning
    • Handle issues professionally and escalate as needed
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Perform assigned court-related duties

    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in public relations or related fields
    • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
    • Understanding and promotion of program mission
    • Establish relationships with potential referral partners
    • Develop and implement outreach strategies
    • Act as a liaison for marketing activities
    • Participate in events and advocacy efforts
    • Represent the organization at various meetings and events
    • Build relationships with agencies and employers for patient access

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    • Standing for extended periods, moving about, and using fingers for tasks
    • Bending, stooping, and using lower extremities and back muscles
    • Communicating detailed instructions accurately
    • Close visual acuity and ability to perceive sounds
    • Occasional lifting and exerting force to move objects
