- Collaborate with clinical programs to support translational efforts, focusing on the identification and validation of novel mechanisms of drug action, response, and resistance.
- Provide cross-functional exposure and contribute to projects spanning various departments.
- Work closely with scientists in both the laboratory and clinical teams to execute key experiments and drive scientific progress.
- Assist in the analysis of data and slides generated from experiments, contributing to the interpretation of results.
- Attend key meetings to present findings, exchange insights, and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Participate in drug discovery activities, leveraging your laboratory expertise to support research initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced with cell biology techniques including in vitro cellular assays.
- Experienced with DNA/RNA extraction, western blotting, cell proliferation assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, etcs.
- Proficiency in experimental techniques and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in drug discovery is preferred but not required.
