Senior Director, Mobile Publishing - California - Warner Bros. Entertainment
Description
Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.
Overview
WB Games is a leader in the games industry across all game platforms and mobile devices. Our diverse and inclusive workforce creates and brings to life the most beloved characters, franchises, heroes, and wizards in the world. We are fans of what we make and proud of what we do. We have studios and offices across the globe.
The Job
The Senior Director, Mobile Publishing is a new, high‑impact leadership role focused on accelerating the growth for WB Games Boston's mobile strategy titles inspired by the Game of Thrones universe, including continued oversight of Game of Thrones: Conquest.
This leader will be responsible for driving publishing and growth strategy across user acquisition, product marketing, performance marketing, social, community, and creative services. The role is focused on driving results in the highly competitive mobile strategy category through strong execution, market-informed decision-making, and tight integration across growth levers.
This role requires a seasoned mobile publishing leader with deep expertise in free-to-play mobile games, growth strategy, creative performance, and cross-functional execution. You must be passionate about our IP (Game of Thrones), mobile games, and building scalable publishing systems that translate insights and competitive intelligence into results (ROAS & Scale).
We're looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator — a leader who can set direction, move quickly, and embed best-in-class mobile publishing and growth practices within the organization. This role is growth-first and partners closely with the development teams who own gameplay and monetization design.
