    Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly-skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Structural/Civil Engineer to lead, deliver, and perform quality control on a variety of projects. Your role will involve technical design and multidisciplinary coordination, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

    Requirements:

    • Lead and mentor a team of mid-level and junior engineers.
    • Perform complex structural analyses and design, including soil-structure interaction (SSI) for various structure types and materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry, etc.).
    • Manage projects efficiently to ensure timely completion within budget.
    • Engage in forensic investigation, restoration, and green building design.
    • Coordinate design work with in-house staff and other professionals, including Geotechnical,Architectural, and MEP disciplines.
    • Client communication and collaboration to understand project requirements and deliverables.
    • Attend site visits and field inspections.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is preferred.
    • P.E. License in New York State and/or S.E. License.
    • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, including design and analysis.
    • Proficiency in computer analysis and industry-standard software (e.g., RAM, Etabs, Revit, AutoCAD,Microstation) and experience in the Computational Design field.
    • Strong knowledge of building fundamentals and codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, NYC BC, etc.).
    • Leadership skills and client-focused, service-oriented attitude.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
