- Update databases and job board platforms on a daily basis
- Assist with submission preparation and various sales reports and presentations REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years' Prior Recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting DoD cleared information technology resources
- Must be able to source, screen, submit, and prepare candidates for contract positions in the intelligence community and other federal agencies
- Be adept in using tools and techniques to successfully source candidates including being well-versed in using social media platforms and job boards for outreach
- Robust experience with MS Office systems
- Ability to work alone and as a member of a team
