- Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients in rehabilitation settings
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current BLS certification
- Active CNA state license
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 30-40 per week
- 4-week to 13-week contract duration
