**The Role:**
We are looking for individuals to join our Service Team as Courtesy Drivers As part of the Team, you will work in our fast-paced environment while being responsible for the safe delivery or pickup of customers, while operating in a manner that maximizes customer enthusiasm. This position plays a critical role within the company.
Pickup or deliver customers and vehicles to desired destinations while abiding by all state traffic laws.
Establish a good rapport with customers while serving them, in order to maintain the companys good reputation.
Perform various errands as requested by Service Management.
Assist in the upkeep of the customer lounge, and in keeping the dealership presentable, at all times.
Maintain a professional personal appearance and abide by all company procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Perform Valet duties as requested by Service Management.

The ability to read and comprehend information, and perform calculations.

Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching and other maneuvers associated with the position.
Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely.
Lift/move items up to 100 lbs.
Operate motor vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
Ability to enter and exit vehicles safely and repeatedly throughout a shift.
Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with members of other departments.
