    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    A high-achieving Project Manager is required to lead complex projects across various business lines and technologies. The successful candidate will work in a diverse environment, providing exceptional project management expertise to our Technology and Business partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, involving cross-functional teams from different departments.
    • Develop and maintain high-performing project teams.
    • Influence business decisions with significant financial impact.
    • Provide technical guidance and lead the development of technical roadmaps.
    • Conduct executive meetings with senior leaders.
    • Cultivate a customer-centric culture to enhance relationships and systems.
    • Recommend strategic plans and evaluate new technologies.
    • Prioritize requirements and deliverables with leadership.
    • Manage risk and issue logs, escalating concerns as needed.

    Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading large, complex projects in the financial services industry.
    • Excellent track record managing high-risk, high-budget projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
    • Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with professionals.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., CA PPM, MS Projects, JIRA, Visio, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
