    HR Strategist I

    Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is looking for a Human Resource Representative - HR Data Management at our Superior Township, Michigan facility:

    The Human Resources Strategist will be responsible for and support several human resources-related aspects across the various locations, such as Michigan, California, Georgia, and Alabama, including but not limited to involves working with the departmental plans in the organization to determine what implication they may have on HR requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Understanding our medium- and long-term growth plans
    • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate at all levels of an organization.
    • Formulating an HR vision, deciding on a strategic HR direction, and building plans to achieve their goals.
    • Achieving buy-in and active support across the organization
    • Provide guidance and direction to leadership on union contract matters.
    • Implementing and driving change processes
    • Monitoring and reporting on results.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business, or related field or equivalent level of experience
    • In-depth knowledge of global HR developments
    • Strategic planning expertise
    • Change management expertise.
    • Vision, big-picture thinking, and a willingness to instigate change.
    • Collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Travel both domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
