    Description
    The Analyst - Project Management plays a key role in ensuring projects for new initiatives, business processes, systems, and technologies are successful. This role will focus on the people side of change by working to reduce employee resistance to change and increase the speed of adoption of new behaviors needed for change initiatives to be successful.


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    ·Applying change management methodology to develop change management strategies that help guide, support, and train people through the transition process

    ·Determining the scope of the changes and identify people impacted

    ·Integrating multiple tracks of work on high complexity change initiatives to develop a holistic approach

    ·Conducting analyses that determine the changes required for a successful change and assessing the organization's capacity and readiness for change

    ·Developing appropriate change management plans in alignment with the overall project plan

    ·Working with project managers to incorporate change management activities into project plans, and tracking and reporting change-related risks and issues

    ·Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of change communications

    ·Partnering with project team members, stakeholders, and leaders to promote and implement change plans, resolve issues, and manage resistance

    ·Monitoring progress of the change plans, collecting feedback, evaluating results, and adjusting as needed

    ·Coaching senior leaders on their role as change sponsors, as needed

    BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the process
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and root-cause identification skills
  • Organized and structured with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Leader and advocate for change – looks to promote organizational transformation
  • Flexible and adaptable – able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Team player – able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues while influencing them to move toward a shared goal
  • A minimum of 2-5 years with proven experience in implementing change optimization at a global companyCompensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
