Job summary
This position is responsible for the administrative function of the center which includes supervisory responsibility for all non-clinical staff , expense monitoring, billing, records and physical maintenance of the center. Also assist Center Director with ensuring all consumers' needs are met by staff scheduling.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for oversight of support staff and non-clinical functions of the center to include selection training evaluation disciplinary action of non clinical employees coordinates support staff to ensure that center is staffed appropriately during all hours that centre is open to public provides feedback regarding performance problems/concerns with clinical staff works with Centre Director make sure maximum productivity reached by utilizing both clinical and administrative time efficiently maintains care compliance rules facility monitors expenses expenditures within proposed budget centre assists development centre budget processes invoices payment responsible ordering supplies items needed centre maintains control tracks use agency credit card(s) petty cash fund per established procedures works Finance department required financial reports complete reports assigned deadline attends participates management meetings appropriate company wide meetings.
